A certified sommelier with winemaking experience in Napa and New Zealand, Nicholas founded Mural City with his partner Francesca Galarus in 2021, building it into one of Philadelphia's most beloved beverage brands by sourcing fruit strictly within 300 miles of the city and focusing on low-intervention whites, rosés, and sparkling wines. He also competed on the second season of Gordon Ramsay's Food Stars, earning a spot on Lisa Vanderpump's team and bringing national attention to Philadelphia's growing reputation as a craft beverage city.
